How to Get over the Fear of being judged by others

This is my first video on Youtube talking about the fear and judgement especially for LGBTQ people and how overcome this fear, especially when you are being judged by your family, friends and your community as well. I stopped my self to start a Youtube channel for years because I was afraid about people's opinion but now I finally made the decision to start.
