As someone who has spent years working to empower others, I’ve learned that true strength lies in our ability to be vulnerable—to open up, share our authentic selves, and connect with others on a deeper level. This is especially true within the LGBTQIA+ community, where many of us have spent years hiding parts of ourselves out of fear of rejection or judgment.
But vulnerability is not just about personal growth; it’s a cornerstone of inclusion. When we create spaces where people feel safe to be vulnerable, we foster an environment where diversity is celebrated, and everyone’s voice is valued. This is how innovation happens—through the blending of diverse perspectives and experiences.
